Billing
Cancel or pause your plan
Where you cancel depends on where you bought: the App Store, Google Play, or the web. What happens afterwards.
There is one paid plan, Pro. Whoever took the payment is the only one who can stop it, so the first question is where you subscribed. Not sure? Account settings shows who manages your plan.
Bought in the iPhone app
Apple bills you. Open App Store subscriptions — or Settings › your name › Subscriptions — choose Fokyo and cancel. Fokyo cannot cancel or refund an Apple subscription; refunds are requested from Apple.
Bought in the Android app
Google Play bills you. Open Play subscriptions, choose Fokyo and cancel. Google Play can also pause a subscription instead of cancelling it.
Bought on the web
Log in, open Account settings and use the billing link in the Subscription card. If it sends you to email instead of a portal, write to support@getfokyo.com from your account’s address and we cancel it for you.
What happens next
- You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. During a free trial, that means until the trial ends — and nothing is charged.
- After that Fokyo stops. There is no free plan: your blocks switch off and the app asks for a plan again. Your streak pauses and picks up again when you resubscribe; your goals and stats are kept.
- If Hard Mode is on, releasing it and getting your passcode back stay free.
- While a subscription is paused, Pro features are off until it resumes.
- Lifetime is not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel.
- Deleting the app, or your Fokyo account, does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription.
