How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your App Store subscriptions and tap Fokyo to cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
What is Hard Mode?
Hard Mode hands the fox a Screen Time passcode so leaving a block takes a cooling-off period, or a partner who co-signs. Set it up from the Hard Mode portal.
Is my Screen Time data private?
Yes. Which apps you use and for how long is read and enforced entirely on your device — it never reaches our servers. See our Privacy Policy.
I forgot my Hard Mode passcode. Can I get out?
Request a release from your Account. When the cooling-off timer expires (or a partner co-signs), the passcode is revealed so you can unlock Screen Time settings. Apple’s “Forgot Passcode?” flow can also reset it through your Apple Account.
Does Fokyo work on Android?
Fokyo runs on iPhone and Android. Hard Mode’s Screen Time passcode flow is specific to iOS; the core app blocking works on both.
How do I start my free trial?
Head to checkout to start 7 days free, then open Fokyo on your phone and sign in with the same email.
Manage your plan
View billing, devices, and Hard Mode from your Account, or change your subscription in the App Store.
